La Paroisse temporelle de Saint-Aubin est une "Corporation de droit public"; elle appartient aux habitants des villages de Saint-Aubin, Gorgier, Fresens et Montalchez (ces quatre villages et celui de Vaumarcus constituent la région dite de "La Béroche" et font maintenant partie de la commune fusionnée de la Grande Béroche.)
Son origine remonte au 30 juillet 1566 (voir rubrique "Historique") et elle a aujourd'hui pour tâches essentielles de gérer et veiller sur ses biens que sont : le temple de St-Aubin, le cimetière de Gorgier, la forêt du Devens et l'immeuble sis rue de la Poste 7 à St-Aubin.
La Paroisse temporelle ne gère que ses propres biens; pour toutes les questions religieuses, prière de consulter le site de la Paroisse du Joran.
